Web site sells students corrupted files

For under 10$/paper, a web site will provide you with a corrupted version of your assignment for you to submit. Here's how they present it:

Step 1: After purchasing a file, rename the file e.g. Mike_Final-Paper. Step 2: E-mail the file to your professor along with your 'here's my assignment' e-mail. Step 3: It will take your professor several hours if not days to notice your file is 'unfortunately' corrupted. Use the time this website just bought you wisely and finish that paper!!!

Seems like someone should be able to write a free utility that would do this for free.

Humorous, but at the same time, it is things like this (i.e. intentionally trying to cheat the system) that erodes the instructors' trust in students.
