There are currently four Head Librarian positions open at McGill:

• Head Librarian, Life Sciences Library
• Head Librarian, Nahum Gelber Law Libraries
• Head Librarian, Islamic Studies Library
• Head Librarian, Macdonald Campus Library

Of course, these postings are directly of little use to recent MLIS graduates. For the past while as well many of the postings I've come across on the various job boards for librarian positions have been senior ones. One can hope that there will be a trickledown effect as librarians move to fill these positions, their current postings will open up, and so on, with eventual entry-level positions becoming available.
