People-aware advertizing

Japanese billboards are watching back. ...and another piece falls into place. Cameras will record passer-bys, and the video will be analyzed to try to determine how many people look at the ads. They won't try to identify people, but once the infrastructure is in place, it could be used in a variety of ways by a variety of people and organizations.
