Flickr Video. Flickr has launched a service that allows Pro users to upload 90 second videos alongside their photos. I think their idea of focusing on a specific type of video (i.e. video as a "long photo") is the right thing to do. It makes the most sense within the context of their application, and it also supports the kind of video most people would be likely to capture with their cameras.

I've already started to see videos appearing in my contacts' photostream, and it works and feels right.
