Excel tip on using headers and footers

Excel tip on using headers and footers. If you have an Excel workbook with multiple worksheets (i.e. tabs), you may want to set the same header and footer for all worksheets. By default, Page Settings only sets the header and footer for the current worksheet/tab, which is ok if you are going to have different headers

To apply the setting to multiple worksheets, select the worksheets by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on each of the tabs. Now use the Page Settings command to customize the headers and footers as you normally would. The settings will be applied to all the worksheets/tabs you selected.
