From ZDNet, a Jesse Berst article on the open source movement. I'm including this article here only as another indicator that the open source meme is hanging in there. ZDNet is usually thought of as being completly biased towards Microsoft. Sure, every once in a while they let one of their editors rant against MS, but when it comes to product coverage, well. Anyway, back to open source. The article is OK, although he makes it sound like the open source movement is relatively new ("There's even a Web site devoted to all things OSS" Wow! A website!) The Slashdot community digs into him as well, but more than a few seem to think he's coming around. And when Jesse Berst comes around, well...
