One of the things that I really like about Google Reader is the ability to “star” items of interest to return to later. This has allowed me to scan my feeds quickly without getting too caught up on interested but non-critical posts.

The problem is that I now have 399 “starred” items spanning almost three months. I think one of my goals over the holidays will be to go through these, and in the new year do a better job of reviewing these on a more regular (weekly?) basis.
