9000 operations cancelled at the last minute

La Presse: 9000 opérations annulées l'an dernier à Montréal. What a nightmare. Although my experience with our medical system last year was by and large very positive, it is clear that there is still a lot of work to be done before our hostipals are providing an acceptable level of service.
