Clean Desktop

I've been getting increasingly frustrated with the way my laptop has been rearranging my desktop everytime I switch from laptop LCD to dual display. Being able to arrange items on your desktop is useful, but not if they are constantly being rearranged. So I've gotten rid of all of them, including the basics (i.e. My Computer, Recycling Bin, etc).

All I need now is to run Program Manager as my shell, and its 1992 all over again.
