Last night was my last lecture for the Winter session. When I was done, I looked at my watch: 9:22pm! Class was supposed to finish at 9, so I asked the students why they didn't say something. They said they were enjoying the lecture/discussion. Wow.

I really enjoyed this semester. I think the small class size (<15) helped, but there was also a good mix of students, with varied backgrounds and skills that added a lot to the discussions. I also have to give a big thanks to Michael Pereira (McGill WCG) and Karl Dubost (W3C) who guest lectured and added a lot to the students' experience and learning.

There is a lot of other post-mortem thoughts floating around my mind right now, but I think I'll save them for now. I will write about any changes to my course that I implement based on my reflections.
